Intellectual Property All images, texts, drawings, technical specifications belong to Hanwell Marine Technology Co., Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, copy or commercial use is prohibited without our written permission. 3. User Rules You shall use this website for legitimate marine equipment business inquiry only. Refund Policy （News and Information）
1. All payment, refund, compensation matters are strictly subject to the formal signed sales contract between buyer and our company. 2. Once customized equipment is manufactured according to buyer confirmed drawings and parameters, order cancellation and return are not supported, unless mutual inspection confirms serious quality defects caused by our production. 3. Any refund application must be submitted in written form and reviewed following contract clauses. 4. No automatic online refund function on this website, as we do not support online shopping payment.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery port, freight cost, production lead time and delivery schedule are negotiated separately per project, all detailed in signed sales contract after quotation confirmation. 2. Production and shipping arrangement will start after receiving deposit or full payment as agreed in contract. 3. Goods risk transfer follows INCOTERMS agreed by both parties in formal contract. 4. All content on this website is only for product display, not binding delivery commitment for any order. Each marine equipment project has independent logistics arrangement.
All our marine equipment is custom‑made. There are no standard public prices. Quotations are calculated based on configuration, material, order quantity and delivery terms. Please contact our sales team for an official quotation.
