Recently, the endurance test for the independently designed and developed electric deep well pump system project by Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant Co., Ltd. has been successfully completed. Spanning 168 hours, this test was carried out to verify the operational reliability of the products, laying a more solid foundation for the production and delivery of liquid cargo equipment, as well as providing verification support for the serialized design and development of electric deep well pumps.
The project covers one WMDP-150 electric deep well pump, one WMDP-200 electric deep well pump and a complete frequency conversion control system.
The whole endurance test lasted seven days and seven nights. Overcoming various difficulties, team members took turns on duty, sticking to the laboratory day and night. They closely monitored test data, constantly inspected the vibration condition of the test bench, and kept a close eye on the operating status of the electric deep well pumps. Thanks to the joint efforts of all project staff, the 168-hour endurance test was accomplished smoothly, marking an important milestone in the company's research, development and manufacturing of electric deep well pump products.
